Kindly note following your purchase, we work closely with you to ensure you receive products exactly as you require. This starts the minute you place your order. Carefully prepared artworks are provided with every order and we offer several revisions. Once your artwork has been given the final approval, production will commence.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on an approved artwork. Please make sure all spelling and details including names and dates are carefully checked.
Our packaging process has been changed to prevent breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours from the time you received the item as per postage notification. We will assess the issue and deal with the matter case by case. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request or replacement.
Please note that once production has commenced and unless there is an error on our part, we are unable to cancel orders and offer refunds as all products are personalised.
